About The Position
In collaboration with the Director of Residential Services, this position will be responsible for setting program goals, developing and implementing new policies, overseeing overall program administration, and designing the expansion of residential services.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field from an accredited College / University
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a licensed childcare program, child welfare administration, or program management
- Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Good organizational skills
- Valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in a relevant Behavioral Science field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
