About The Position
Diversicare is seeking an experienced registered nurse to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing at Mountain View - Bryson City in Bryson City, North Carolina. This leadership role helps shape the quality of care and the nursing department by leading and inspiring the nursing team, supporting regulatory compliance, overseeing staffing and training, and driving quality improvement. Requirements
- Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- At least three years of nursing experience, including at least one year of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care.
