About The Position

Libby Care Center is seeking a process-driven, people-focused Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing (DON) in leading clinical operations and building a strong, engaged team.

Requirements

• Active RN license (MT or ability to obtain)
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory requirements
• Organized, detail-oriented, and systems-focused
• Passion for team development and culture building
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing with an ASN or BSN
• Valid RN license in the state employed
• Valid CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience in skilled nursing or LTC preferred
• DNS-CT or CDONA, optional

Responsibilities

• Support daily clinical operations, compliance, and quality outcomes
• Partner with the DON on survey readiness and performance improvement
• Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff
• Strengthen workflows, documentation, and accountability
• Act as a change champion and culture warrior, promoting a positive team environment
