Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) / $10,000 Sign on Bonus
About The Position
The Assistant Director of Nursing assists with the overall management of the nursing department at Plainwell Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Community. The role supports planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures; reviews nursing documentation for accuracy; and collaborates with leadership to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. The Assistant Director of Nursing also promotes a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff. This is a full-time position described as 32 hours per week, with the option to pick up one floor shift to work 40 hours. The role is on call during the work week. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and dependable attendance.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents.
