Requirements

Associate degree required
Minimum (5) years management experience in a medical or related field required
Active and unencumbered nursing license in the State of Florida
Current BLS certification

Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing and clinical support operations across Evara Health locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
Partner with Center Leaders, providers, and clinical leadership on staffing, onboarding, scheduling, performance, and employee relations.
Serve as a clinical resource and escalation point for nursing, patient care, and operational concerns across locations.
Monitor clinical quality, patient safety, infection prevention, and incident trends, helping implement improvements and corrective actions.
Support Quality Assurance initiatives and ensure clinical practices align with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Identify and address compliance, risk management, and patient safety concerns, including investigations and follow-up actions.
Ensure clinical documentation, audits, reports, and required regulatory submissions are accurate, complete, and timely.
Collaborate with providers, nursing teams, leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders to improve workflows and patient care.
Support emergency preparedness activities, including fire, hurricane, and other emergency drills.
Travel routinely between Evara Health locations and represent the organization in meetings, committees, and other professional settings.
