Assistant Director of Nursing
About The Position
Chase City Health and Rehab Center in Chase City, VA is currently searching for a dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The ADON will partner with the DON to lead our team of exceptional caregivers. The primary role of the Assistant Director of Nursing is to collaborate with the DON to maximize performance and satisfaction of the nursing department, help select a team of exceptional caregivers, and demonstrate and promote a positive, collaborative, and caring service excellence team environment. Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing in VA
- Exceptional leadership, clinical and customer service skills
- Strong commitment to resident centered care and innovative care delivery
- Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred
