About The Position
Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead nursing operations at its 118-bed skilled nursing facility in Natick, Massachusetts. The facility serves the MetroWest community and includes a short-term rehabilitation unit and therapy gym. The ADON aids the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines. The position is full-time and includes an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- Ability to successfully relate and respond to the needs of management, employees, and residents.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization, residents, their families, and visitors.
Nice To Haves
- Three years of long-term care supervisory experience preferred.
