About The Position

Grangeville Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join their leadership team. This role is for a nursing leader passionate about delivering exceptional resident care, supporting clinical staff, and driving quality outcomes in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Requirements

Active RN or LPN license in Idaho (or ability to obtain). RN preferred.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care.
Valid RN or LPN license in the state employed.
Valid CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license.
2 years successful nursing experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Nice To Haves

Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Previous nurse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Graduate of accredited school of nursing with an ASN or BSN preferred.
DNS-CT or CDONA, optional.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinical operations in partnership with the Director of Nursing.
Support, coach, and develop nursing staff to promote excellence in resident care.
Assist with regulatory compliance, surveys, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor resident care plans and clinical outcomes.
Participate in staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and employee development.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and resident-centered culture.
Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, CNAs, residents, and families.
