About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is dedicated and compassionate to join their team. As an ADON, you will be responsible for supporting and carrying out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physician's orders and the total needs of the residents. In partnership with the Director of Nursing (DON), you will oversee the 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State, and Company standards, guidelines, and regulations. In the absence of the DON, the ADON assumes responsibility for clinical operations.

Requirements

Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which you are practicing.
Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role.

Responsibilities
