Requirements
- Active RN license
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Dedication to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience in a subacute or skilled nursing setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations of the subacute unit to ensure exceptional care delivery.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team culture.
- Develop, implement, and monitor care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
