We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing / Infection Preventionist to join our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility. Requirements
- An active Michigan Nursing License (RN).
- A passion for geriatric or long-term care nursing.
- The ability to lead with empathy, communication, and collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, and mentor nursing staff to help them reach their full potential.
- Assist the DON in managing daily nursing operations and supervising care delivery.
- Act as the community’s subject matter expert on safety and infection control.
- Step into the Acting DON role when needed, using your independent judgment to drive success.
