Pediatric Specialty Care is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON - RN). We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This key leadership role serves as the facility's clinical educator, quality assurance leader, and operational nursing partner, working closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development. Registered Nurse (RN) licensure is required. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in the daily clinical operations of the facility while promoting excellence in resident care and nursing practice. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Organizing, developing, coordinating, and leading the facility's clinical education and staff development programs. Supporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing day-to-day nursing operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care. Assisting with the facility's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, including audits, monitoring outcomes, and implementing performance improvement initiatives. Promoting regulatory compliance with all federal, state, and organizational standards. Coaching, mentoring, and developing nursing staff to support clinical excellence and professional growth. Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure positive resident outcomes and continuity of care. Assisting with infection prevention, policy implementation, competency validation, and ongoing clinical education initiatives. Serving as a clinical resource and leadership presence for staff, residents, and families while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
