As the Assistant Director of Human Resources, you’ll play a central role in designing and delivering total rewards and engagement strategies that keep Q Center competitive, compliant, and fiscally responsible. You’ll own benefits programs, lead the annual Open Enrollment process from start to finish, support compensation initiatives, and oversee leave management – all while helping to strengthen retention and reinforce our culture. You’ll partner with leaders across the organization, provide guidance to the HR team, and ensure that every HR initiative you lead enhances the associate experience. This role is about strategy AND execution, creating programs that employees love and that drive business success.
