Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources, this role provides day-to-day leadership and operational management for the Learning and Development team and the District’s centralized training and professional development programs. The Assistant Director leads planning, implementation, tracking, evaluation, and continuous improvement for Districtwide training initiatives, including the District’s learning management system. This position works with internal stakeholders and external partners to support workforce readiness, employee development, and retention, and performs related duties as required.
