Williams College seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as the Assistant Director of Global Operations Management within the Global Education and Study Away (GESA) office. The Assistant Director of Global Operations Management will lead and support the complex Global Education and Study Away office's existing operations as they continue to grow. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, independent judgment, and the ability to collaborate across departments. This position will be responsible for overseeing critical administrative, technical, financial, and risk management functions that support study away and faculty-led global programming at Williams College.
