This role is responsible for supporting team development, operational efficiency, financial performance, and service execution across Food & Beverage outlets. The ideal candidate is a collaborative hospitality professional with strong operational experience, leadership presence, and a passion for developing people and elevating service standards.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Restaurant General Manager or senior Food & Beverage leader preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Passion for hospitality, team development, and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a high-volume environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Support the leadership and oversight of daily Food & Beverage operations
  • Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing front of house team members
  • Maintain and uphold service standards and operational procedures
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and labor oversight
  • Collaborate with culinary and operational leaders on menu execution and guest experience initiatives
  • Support achievement of financial goals through effective cost controls and revenue-driving initiatives
  • Respond to guest feedback and help resolve service concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Provide leadership support during service periods, including opening and closing responsibilities
  • Foster a positive and engaging team culture
