About The Position
Provide technical, administrative, and operational support to the Director of Engineering Services while assisting in the planning, coordination, and daily management of the Engineering Department to ensure efficient operations and maintenance of the property.
Requirements

- Ensure efficient operations and maintenance of the property
- Assist in the full upkeep of preventative maintenance
- Keep logs on work done, scheduling, and assignment of projects
- Assist in the procurement of supplies and issuance of purchase orders
- Review work orders and assign work by priorities
- Maintain up-to-date inventories of heat, light & power and repair and maintenance supplies
- Respond to guest requests
- Work with Engineering staff on a shift basis and coordinate their activities
- Assume full responsibility for the Engineering Department in the absence of the Director of Engineering Services
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and emergency evacuation
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni's job scenarios
- Be familiar with Omni's Systems and Services procedures
Responsibilities
