Oregon State University Career Development Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Career Development. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position. The Assistant Director of Career Development serves students in the College of Science (COS), one of the largest colleges at Oregon State University. The College enrolls undergraduate and graduate students across seven academic departments spanning the biological, mathematical and physical sciences, and serves a significant population of pre-health students and Ecampus learners. In this role, the Assistant Director functions as an educator, strategist, relationship-builder, and communicator, supporting students’ career development. This position provides leadership in developing, implementing, and evaluating career education strategies and programs that are accessible and effective for students on campus and online. The successful candidate demonstrates energy and enthusiasm for helping students succeed, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
