The Assistant Director of Business Advising and Recruitment for Career and Professional Development (CPD) advises students and alumni on career and professional development, while supporting the planning and execution of career education programs and employer engagement initiatives. The Assistant Director helps develop and deliver programs designed to enhance students’ career readiness and understanding of professional opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics and communications, supporting recruiting and employer engagement efforts, managing operational processes for CPD programs and initiatives, and fostering connections among students, alumni, employers, and professional partners. The Assistant Director advises students and alumni in the areas of professional development, helps develop and execute career-related programs designed to enhance students’ knowledge of career fields, and establish links between students and employers, alumni, and professionals.
