The Assistant Director of Camps & Enrichment Programs is responsible for the development, execution, and financial success of all university-hosted camp and enrichment programs. This includes day camps, athletic, creative, clinics and residential summer programs as well as weekend enrichment programs. As an entrepreneurial leader, you will build innovative programs from the ground up, leveraging the university’s world-class faculty and facilities to drive significant revenue. You will be directly accountable for sales deliverables, enrollment growth, and the end-to-end operational and compliance management of both day and residential camps. Working collaboratively with academic departments, Athletics, Enrollment Management, Marketing and Communications, Facilities, Public Safety, and external partners, the Assistant Director will develop and oversee programs that enhance the University's visibility, strengthen community engagement, and generate auxiliary revenue. The position serves as the primary coordinator for youth-focused programs and camps and is responsible for ensuring a high-quality experience for participants, families, faculty, staff, and community partners. The Assistant Director will identify opportunities for new programming, foster strategic partnerships, and support the continued growth and sustainability of youth and community initiatives across the University.
