The Assistant Director of Benefits is responsible for the overall strategy, design, and management of benefits and resources to attract, retain and develop top talent. This role plays a critical part in creating a positive and healthy work environment, ultimately leading to increased Team Member satisfaction, engagement, and productivity. This individual may be responsible for other benefit programs and initiatives in support of Fontainebleau's total rewards offerings. This individual will develop strategies, manage vendor relationships, and serve as a subject matter expert to ensure high levels of performance, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and education of our total rewards offerings. This role partners with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Payroll, and Legal, to deliver a comprehensive benefits package. This individual will ensure benefit plans are administered in accordance with policies and procedures and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
