North Tampa Behavioral is seeking an Assistant Director of Admissions to join their team. This role is responsible for directing facility admissions activities by driving the admissions process and developing, implementing, and maintaining revenue-generating strategies. The Assistant Director will provide leadership to the Admissions Department, ensuring it functions as an integrated team and implementing strategic plans related to admissions. They will also lead quality management efforts for crisis triage, evaluation, intake, and admission services, conduct quality assurance programs, and perform follow-up communication to generate recommendations for leadership. Additionally, this role involves providing training and supervision to staff, ensuring compliance with new laws and regulations, and prioritizing potential admissions based on patient needs and facility capacity. The Assistant Director will also serve as a clinical liaison with referral sources and ensure patient safety and departmental efficiency.
