Requirements

  • Bilingualism French – English
  • At least two years of sales experience
  • Professional sales training - Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in educational sales, private college admissions, B2C sales, or telemarketing.
  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence, capable of making a high volume of calls (80-150 per day) while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate high resilience in handling rejections, turning them into opportunities.

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure follow-up on interactions with prospective students.
  • Passionate about higher education and eager to help students succeed, must demonstrate strong persuasion skills to convey the value of our institution.
  • Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or other call management software is an asset.
  • Able to work independently, achieve set goals, and adapt to changing schedules and priorities in a constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the designated admissions manager and admissions team in developing and implementing strategies to attract and enroll a diverse pool of prospective students.
  • Build relationships with prospective students, organizing information sessions on admission requirements, study programs, and campus resources.
  • Plan and organize recruitment events such as higher education fairs, open houses, and information sessions to generate interest from prospective students.
  • Review and evaluate applications, transcripts, and supporting documents to determine eligibility and make admission decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition from admission to enrollment for accepted students.
  • Achieve goals and key performance indicators through effective communication, follow-up, and closing strategies, maintaining accurate records of applicant data and admission decisions.
