About The Position

We’re looking for a driven and ethical admissions leader to support prospective students through the enrollment process while guiding and developing a small team. In this role, you’ll help students make informed decisions about their education and ensure a smooth, supportive admissions experience.

Requirements

Degree equal to or higher than the level offered at the campus (or equivalent experience)
Experience in admissions, sales, or a related student-facing role
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and standard office systems

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective students through phone and in-person interviews
Guide students through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
Clearly explain program options, expectations, and the student experience
Address questions and concerns to help students feel confident in their decision
Ensure all admissions practices follow ethical and regulatory standards
Partner with Financial Aid to ensure students understand funding options (without advising on aid specifics)
Assist students with applications and ensure all required documentation is completed
Provide campus tours and ensure students receive all required disclosures
Maintain accurate and timely records throughout the admissions process
Follow up on inquiries to provide excellent customer service
Supervise and support a team of admissions representatives
Conduct coaching, peer reviews, and second interviews
Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members
Step in to lead the team in the absence of the Director of Admissions
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
