Reporting to the Executive Director of Admissions and working closely with the Admissions leadership team, the Assistant Director of Admissions Initiatives & Partnerships provides leadership for the planning, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of strategic admissions initiatives that support undergraduate enrollment goals. This position serves as the project lead for high impact admissions initiatives, develops and maintains strategic partnerships, evaluates emerging recruitment technologies, and recommends innovative approaches to strengthen the University's enrollment pipeline. The Assistant Director is responsible for leading institutional initiatives including Direct Admit Wisconsin, EdSights strategy and optimization, Dual Enrollment partnerships, regional recruitment initiatives, the Green Bay Area Public Schools (GBAPS) partnership and Career Coach model, and other strategic recruitment partnerships. The position collaborates extensively with campus and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement new initiatives, assess outcomes, and recommend data-informed improvements that enhance recruitment effectiveness and enrollment growth. The Assistant Director also researches and evaluates emerging recruitment technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement. The position manages special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Executive Director of Admissions and serves as a key resource in advancing the Office of Admissions' strategic priorities. Based primarily on the Green Bay campus, this position serves as a member of the Admissions leadership team and is expected to actively participate in campus visit programs, recruitment events, and other Admissions initiatives by representing the University through presentations, engagement with prospective students and families, and event support.
