About The Position

This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Academics, the Assistant Director of Academics is a key point of contact for faculty and students. They work directly with the Senior Associate Director of Academics to execute the academic strategies for our Masters programs, including the Master of Accounting and Master of Science in Management programs across campus and online formats. The Assistant Director is responsible for developing and executing faculty engagement and communications strategies, scheduling classes, faculty onboarding and training, supporting course production and developing curriculum, and collecting and analyzing data related to course offerings and surveys. They are responsible for the planning and execution of non-traditional classes, including immersion experiences. The Assistant Director will also be involved in academic and operational projects across the office portfolio, as needed.
