The Assistant Director of Academic Technology and Learning Support is a strategic leader responsible for advancing technology-enabled teaching and learning while strengthening user support and engagement across New York Tech. Reporting to the Director of Academic Technology and Client Support Services, this role combines strategy, program development, and operational execution to expand digital fluency, improve the user experience, and support high-quality, accessible, and inclusive learning environments. The Assistant Director partners closely with faculty, staff, and students to enhance academic technology services, support online and hybrid learning, and drive adoption of effective instructional tools and practices. The role also provides holistic training and enablement support for ITS tools across the campus community and leads proactive client outreach to increase awareness, adoption, and effective use of technology services. This position is eligible for a hybrid/remote work arrangement, with flexibility to work remotely and onsite at our Old Westbury office in accordance with New York Tech’s remote work policy.
