UW Medicine Advancement has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Director for Qualification and Pipeline Strategy to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Director for Philanthropy and Acquisition, the Assistant Director for Qualification and Pipeline Strategy plays a key role in growing and advancing UW Medicine Advancement’s major gift pipeline. This position leads prospect qualification and discovery strategy across patient and non-patient audiences, translating data into action and connecting promising donors with meaningful opportunities to support patient care, research and education. Working closely with frontline fundraisers, Annual Philanthropy and Data and Reporting colleagues, this role strengthens portfolio development and ensures qualified prospects are positioned for timely, high-impact engagement.
