The Assistant Director manages the overall recruitment, outreach, stewardship and cultivation for corporate teams participating in the Jimmy Fund Walk and other Peer-to-Peer programs. The Assistant Director will develop a plan to recruit, cultivate, retain, and recognize new corporate teams, and assist with Jimmy Fund Walk sponsorship as needed. The Assistant Director will also work with a portfolio of Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge runners. Responsible for assisting the entire Division with reaching financial goals. Reports to Assistant Vice President of Peer-to-Peer Fundraising. Full title: Assistant Director, Corporate Initiatives, Peer-to-Peer Fundraising; Internal title: Assistant Director, Jimmy Fund. This position is considered remote, 0-1 days onsite at 10 Brookline Place, Brookline, MA each week.
