Duke University is seeking an Assistant Director of Campus Mail Services to help lead and strengthen campus-wide mail operations. In this role, you’ll partner with the Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple mail centers—ensuring services are efficient, compliant, and customer-focused for students, faculty, staff, and campus partners. You’ll play a key role in leading teams, improving processes, and enhancing the overall service experience.
