The University of Florida’s College of Medicine is seeking an Assistant Director of Alumni Relations to lead engaging programs, events, and communications that bring our alumni community to life. In this role, you will plan and execute signature events, support reunion and giving initiatives, and develop outreach that strengthens alumni engagement and philanthropic support. You will collaborate across teams and build relationships with alumni while managing multiple projects that directly contribute to the college’s mission. The Assistant Director of Alumni Relations is responsible for developing targeted constituent programming for the College of Medicine that supports the college’s priorities in alignment with the strategic plan. Reporting to the Director of Alumni Relations, this role will create and implement opportunities that leverage alumni’s constituent involvement and engagement resulting in directed philanthropy through the college and university. This position requires a highly responsible and capable individual who can work independently with minimal supervision and who can initiate action and exercise independent judgment in varied situations.
