Assistant Detail Manager/Technician

You will lead the day-to-day functions and operations of the detail department and work to perform interior and exterior washes of vehicles for the lot and for guests. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- The ability to stand, crawl, bend, and get in and out of vehicles to complete details
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day functions and operations of the detailing department
- Support the sales and service departments with clean and quality detailed vehicles.
- Conform to dealer specifications
- Wash exterior, clean interior, vacuum interior and clean windows
- Apply wax to vehicle and use buffer to shine
- Clean engine and engine compartment
- Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects such as dents or scratches and bring to managers attention
- Have vehicles looking showroom ready when getting back to the lot for sales
- Must be able to work in fast pace environment
