When you join our team as an Assistant Dental Office Manager, which at Aspen Dental we call an Operations Lead, you will have the opportunity to give back to communities and positively affect patients’ lives. This role involves performing daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. You will participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role. The position requires providing superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards. You will work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care, consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, and verify insurance payment and collection, ensuring high quality of care. Under the direction of the Manager, you will supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team, review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice, and oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments. You will also be responsible for verifying insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits, and credit card processing. Additional tasks may be assigned by the Manager.
