The Assistant Deli Manager provides guidance and oversight of the Deli Department with direction from the deli manager and store manager during assigned shifts. Time is spent ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality. Trains, supervises, disciplines, and evaluates all Deli associates. Determines weekly work schedule and establishes a daily work plan for the department, as well as other departmental duties.
