This role involves ensuring quality customer service, maintaining fresh merchandise, assisting with daily deli operations, coordinating sales and merchandising, monitoring competitor activity, overseeing department inventories, reviewing schedules and labor costs, assisting with training and associate development, and ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations regarding sanitation, food handling, health, safety, weights and measures, and labeling.
