Assistant Day Care Teacher
About The Position
Primrose School of North Shore – Danvers is hiring an Assistant Day Care Teacher to support preschool-aged children in a nurturing, engaging classroom. The school provides the Primrose Balanced Learning® Curriculum, lesson plans, training, classroom resources, and scheduled paid planning time. The position offers full-time and part-time hours, with listed schedules of 10:00–5:30 pm and 9:00–3:00 pm. Compensation is $19.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience, education, and training. The school describes consistent, guaranteed scheduled hours, a supportive leadership team that includes a Director of Education, and opportunities for professional development and advancement. Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in childcare or early education.
- EEC Certification or equivalent.
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred).
