About The Position

This position is for an Assistant Customer Service Manager in Darmstadt. It involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers, performing duties of a checker and customer service person, and taking on the responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager when they are not on-site. The role also includes supervision of checkers and baggers to maximize checkout efficiency, writing schedules for various front-end roles, and performing all service center duties such as utility payments, lottery, cash drawer audits, and store safe management. Training will be provided at the store level.

Requirements

21 years or older to apply.
Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates.
Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates.
Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to work on feet for the entire shift (8 hours).

Responsibilities
