Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing and coordinate all front-end operations, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service
• Support customer service programs and respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide checkout support as needed, including register functions and customer assistance
• Support front-end activities including scheduling, service levels, and daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive front-end environment
• Assist with cash handling processes including tills, safe counts, reconciliation, refunds, and transactions
• Assist with monitoring inventory and ordering front-end supplies and materials
• Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and developing front-end associates and supervisors
• Support labor planning, budgeting, and expense control for the department
• Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Complete daily reports, payroll processes, and required documentation
• Assume responsibility for front-end operations in the absence of the Customer Service Manager
