This role is for an Assistant Customer Service Manager who will manage customer service on the Front End, operating it according to standard practices and in compliance with policies, security measures, and regulations. The goal is to achieve business goals while fostering an environment of high customer satisfaction and associate morale, maximizing sales through extraordinary customer service and minimizing shrink.
