About The Position
Highland Community College is accepting applications for an Assistant Cross Country Coach. This assistant coach supports the daily operations of both men’s and women’s cross-country programs. Primary responsibilities include assisting with practices and attending meets, recruiting local and regional student athletes, and ensuring the program is in compliance with NJCAA rules and regulations. Other duties include monitoring student athletes' academic progress, assisting with team travel logistics, and assisting with facility and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
