Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of public accounting experience in costing, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and cost accounting.
- Good understanding of budgeting and financial performance metrics.
- Strong financial reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and analyzing cost reports and budgets.
- Support cost control activities to ensure financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect and analyze cost-related data.
- Monitor and review actual costs against budgets and standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations on cost performance and variance analysis.
- Participate in cost estimation and pricing strategies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of costing systems and procedures.
- Take ownership in Standard Cost calculations and annual rollup.
- Assist in journal reviews, posting, and payment approvals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist with the overall month end close process.
- Assist with other activities that may arise from daily transaction activities.
