About The Position
Mace North America is seeking a talented Cost Consultant for Life Science and Industrial Manufacturing projects. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients delivering iconic major capital projects.
Requirements
- Degree in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering or similar; postgraduate study advantageous.
- Strong communicator, delivering trusted advice and actionable insights to clients.
- Minimum five years’ cost management experience on complex construction projects.
- Experience within pharma, life sciences or comparable manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide client-facing strategic cost advice across feasibility, procurement and project delivery.
- Lead cost planning, ROMs, benchmarking, value engineering and life cycle costing.
- Manage procurement, contracts, change control, valuations and post-contract cost reporting.
- Control day-to-day costs on medium to large projects, advising stakeholders at every stage.
