About The Position
The Assistant Cook is responsible for the preparation of breakfast, individual menu orders, and banquet buffets under the direction of the Kitchen Supervisors and Kitchen Manager. This role also involves ensuring the sanitation of food areas and the freshness of all food products.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to follow directions
- Positive outgoing attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to be self-reliant in routine tasks
- Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
