About The Position
Prepare food and provide dining hall service to support the Cook.
Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Experience in food service or related experience
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate responsibility and punctuality
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to complete & clear a Criminal and Sex Offender background check and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
Nice To Haves
- Current ServSafe certification in food service and sanitation preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with Food Service, including but not limited to: Preparation, serving, and clean-up of all meals
- Cookout packing
- Dishwashing process
- Follow ACA and Camp guidelines while meeting ServSafe criteria
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Other duties as requested by the Head Cook or Food Service Coordinator
