Are you an exemplary accounting and finance professional with a proven track record of success? Do you possess a Bachelor's in Accounting with comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle property accounting processes and Yardi Voyager? We're seeking a skilled Controller to oversee our commercial real estate portfolio and department.

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in Commercial Property Accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager with superior Excel skills.
Smaller company experience working hands-on while overseeing a full staff.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage staff of 3.
Monitor and enforce strict due dates and deadlines.
Manage high volume AP/AR, general ledgers, bank reconciliation, balance sheets, and financial statements.
Produce high quality monthly reporting for clients
Communicate with client throughout cycle as needed.
Ensure seamless month/quarterly/annual closes for multi-entity accounting operations.
Produce annual property budgets.
Produce annual CAM Reconciliations.
Regular internal audits.
Implement robust internal controls while providing insightful accounting analyses.
Utilize Yardi Voyager to maximize efficiency and accuracy in property accounting.
