Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • A strong analytical thinker who digs into root causes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Direct, honest, and collaborative
  • Flexible in a fast-changing environment
  • Energized by ownership and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Public accounting experience is a plus
  • NetSuite / QuickBooks experience helpful

Responsibilities

  • Preparing an owning pieces of the monthly close
  • Buildling and improving reporting processes
  • Partnering with operational leaders
  • Supporting likely acquitions, due dilligence, and integrations
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives
  • Helping shape both effective and efficient internal controls as we grow
  • Assisting with financial statement preparation and monthly close
  • Supporting AR, AP, and general ledger processes
  • Performing balance sheet reconciliations
  • Managing system integrations (NetSuite / QuickBooks experience helpful)
  • Overseeing multi-state sales tax and federal excise tax reporting
  • Maintaining and track fixed assets
  • Providing financial analysis to business leaders
  • Supporting audits and compliance initiatives
  • Driving process improvement projects
