Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting experience a plus)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (this is important)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• NetSuite and/or QuickBooks experience preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial statement preparation and monthly close processes
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities
• Maintain and track fixed assets
• Help manage software integrations and financial system improvements
• Maintain and report sales tax and federal excise tax compliance by state
• Provide financial analysis and insights to business leaders
• Support external audit requests and documentation preparation
• Assist with internal control and compliance improvements
