About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking an Assistant Contract Manager to join their team at TMMI in Princeton, IN. This role is responsible for the management and development of a team of supervisors and team members. The Assistant Contract Manager will utilize the company's BEST SYSTEMS to oversee safety, quality, service deliveries, and cost KPIs to ensure BEST RESULTS are delivered to clients. MacLellan offers a range of services including Critical Process Cleaning, Building & Process Equipment Maintenance, HVAC & Mechanical, Production Support, and Water Treatment Management.

Requirements

5 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent team builder and passionate leader
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

Nice To Haves

Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired
