  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and related productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting a senior executive in music or entertainment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support related to bookings, including: reporting ticket counts, tracking deposits and payments, entering offers into booking system, and reviewing and tracking contracts.
  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, call management, and professional correspondence.
  • Attend meetings and calls as needed to capture detailed notes, track priorities, and ensure timely follow-up on key action items.
  • Oversee administrative operations, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and internal coordination.
  • Manage high volumes of email and communication flows, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely responses.
  • Complete additional tasks and special projects on an as-needed basis.
