About The Position
The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking an Assistant Concessions Manager who will help oversee all concessions for the 2026 Season. You will work with the Food and Beverage Team to execute all Events at the stadium. Our goal is to execute the best fan experience through food quality, customer service, and speed of service.
Requirements
- Requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Strong focus towards customer service and ability to lead and coach staff members
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Smart Choices
Nice To Haves
- Experience with staff training is an asset
Responsibilities
- Work all events at the Stadium for the 2026 season
- Assist in hiring, training and orientations for all concession staff, front and back of house
- Assist in scheduling, payroll, disciplinary actions, training and mentoring all staff
- Helping ensure that quality customer service is achieved
- Use a "hands on approach"
- Assist on counting and managing inventory
- Ensure that all product is stocked for each event per build to charts
- Ensure maintenance of safety and sanitation standards and polices
- Provide overall direction, coordination, and ongoing evaluations of operations and make recommendations for positive change within department
- All other duties as assigned
